Product Returns & Changes
The goal of the gio-denim.gr is satisfied customers. If, however, the user wishes to change or return a product, he/she has the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, provided that the return is made with the cooperating courier company.
Specifically, the customer must, along with the receipt he will receive, contact the gio-denim.gr by phone or send an e-mail to the info@gio-denim.gr The address for all returns is: Apostolou Louka9. In order for the products to be returned, they must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the identification card along with all the designer’s textile labels must be attached to the product, along with all the documents that accompanied it (e.g. Retail Sales Receipt – P.D.A. etc.). otherwise, it is considered that the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered to it and is not accepted.The products that are excluded from the above are underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
If all the above conditions are met, the gio-denim.gr is obliged to replace the product with any other item that the customer wishes. Returns of the products are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt at the gio-denim.gr by the courier.For every purchase you make in our online store you are entitled to 1 free refund. In case you return a product and receive the new one, if you need a change again you will have to bear the cost of transportation to our company.
In the case of a refund, the refund is made within 10 working days from the date we receive your return to the bank account that will be submitted to us. If you have made a purchase by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the card you used. In all the above cases of refund the customer is charged the cost of returning the product. The amount you refund is the cost of the product and not the total cost of the order, which may include both shipping costs and cash on delivery costs. For the refund, a retail receipt is required.
Defective Products
Defective are characterized products that have been damaged upon receipt or those that present a manufacturing error within 14 days from the date of purchase. Products that show damage due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products that have a visible manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product, if available otherwise he can choose any other type the customer wishes. However, the gio-denim.gr reserves the right, in case of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to clarify whether the complaint is real. The user will be informed of the progress of his complaint. Where possible, the gio-denim.gr will repair the defective product.
In returning and re-shipping the defective products, the customer is not charged with any shipping costs.
If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer.
